We do not accept refunds or exchange for any products unless the product has been damaged (not included by the post) or is out of its used by date. HEC will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders that have taken place during postal or couriers

If over 35 degrees, we will hold orders and dispatch when temperature is below 35 degrees.
